John finds a place at #10 as he beat Juan Manual Marquez

Rafael Marquez moves up a place on the strength of his brother’s defeat.

Although Joe was very impressive, with hindsight, he did not beat a pound for pound top 10 entrant, nor does his record deserve recognition in the top ten at the moment. But the fact he gets recognized in a pound for pound footnote, suggests he is almost top 10.
