I do not understand the legal part of the BOUT:

A. was Floyd defending his titles vs Pac trying to get it

or

B. Two best fighters want to find out who is the best?

Because in case A Floyd won, because Pac did not do enough
In case B, I give Pac slight edge or maybe a draw is a fair result, because Floyd was running.
