the amount of weight you want to lose is actually nearly impossible, if you count a few months as 2 or 3. do you actually have any wish to box, or just lose weight. there are plenty of forums for weight loss...
the best way will be to put yourself on a high protein, low fat dies (although supplement with omega 3 fish oil).
the high protein will stop your body from going into a completely catabolic state, wich will potentially cause muscle wasting and further weight issues.
eat 4-6 smaller meals per day rather than 3 larger ones: this is important for stimulating your metabolism. starvation wont help, your body will break down your muscles over your fat stores, so youll just lose any muscle you have and therefore appear fatter. eating smaller meals keeps your metabolism going, so your potentially burning fat all day long. a protein sake before bed canreally help with this (if your the right age and have read up on them) try and make one or 2 of your smaller meals fruit and veg. theyr nutritious and have no empty calories. the other meals need to be nutritionally concious. if you live with your parents., let them know about your goals, and include them. afterall theyr likely to be buying the food, and its always tempting when doughnuts are left on the counter.
try and consume only 2000 calories per day max, and from good food sources, not 2 lots of mc donalds.
do cardio vascular work twice per day, in the morning HIIT (research high intensity interval training) and in the evening sustained low intensity work. drink alot of water, and if neccesary seek professional advice (your local doctor can referr you to a nutritionalist, or get a personal trainer).
sleep at least 8 hours per day, and dont eat anything that is of no nutritious value to you. this has to be one of the most important things to you, you can cheat. dont eat any puddings, no sweeties.
attempt to be more active in your day. take up a sport, walk more. RESEARCH. go on the internet and read everything you can about weight loss. read in depth, most people dont know what theyr talking about.
the quickest way to lose weight (although not reccomendable) is through water weight. de-hydration works wonders, but you wont lose any fat, just alot of weight, the second you start drinking itl all come back on, thats for emergency use only, and i definately dont advise it.
