Not that I give Berto any real chance to win outside of landing a perfect punch somewhere along the line, but I think he's probably more dangerous than people give him credit for. Berto is very athletic and very explosive. The only plus side for Floyd is the money, and I really don't know how this PPV is going to sell after so many left Pac/Mayweather disappointed.
Sales are gonna be underwhelming. I doubt fans are look at this from the perspective of "This is Floyd's final fight. Let's tune in".

The main reason the PPV price is so inflated is because the promoters, network execs, etc still have to profit after Floyd's demands (guaranteed) are deducted. They are taking a risky gamble here.
