Actually, here I am bitching but it must be a pain in the ass for the European trying to catch a live broadcast from the US. Do you going yourself giving up a day's sleep to catch a match. I try not to do it but at least a couple times a year. I'm very jovial with my coworkers but they know if a big fight has taken place, I may not be at my best.
Good on ya for finding a flexible schedule and more airtime. Back in the dumb days I actually turned down a top position because it was nights Hindsight being 20/20 it all worked out, and hardly missed a card ha. Tuesdays are a grind last few months, usually walk in burned out after 12 hr and a live card is just what's needed. That and dinner but I stopped short with a longneck and just managing to get the first boot off . I don't know how they do it across the pond staying up into the A.M to catch a main event. Now that's dedication..and or insomnia.
