Hi guyz, Its a long time that i do fitness boxing but now im counfuse ho to add wieght training in my workouts Im training at home n i hv never been to gym I learn boxing frm watching boxing movies n off course the internet n im quiet good in it.

This is wat im doing now,

Warm up
Shadow boxing
Punching bag
Push ups
Burpees
Jumping Jacks

Now ho shod i add weight training shod i add at the end of it or at the start of it, or if i do this on monday i shod only do weight Training the next day .
