There is no question that anglo-saxons in America and elsewhere to have more money and more accessibility to higher quality legal representation. Not only that they have more connections to the well connected lawyers and attorneys in prosecutors than poor blacks would who live in the ghetto.

There is also no doubt that any jury which is made up of predominately Anglo Saxons would most likely unfavorably view a black person on trial in a way that would lead to perhaps unbalanced conclusions about whether or not that person committed a crime worthy of severe punishment. Whereas a white person on trial with an all white jury may receive a bit more leniency on a subconscious or unconscious level from the jury.
Malcolm X did make a good point when he said that you can't put a person on top of the stove and light the fire and then get angry at the way they react or the things that they say
