Never a truer statement made on the sport. We are all Monday morning quarterbacks but indicting a guy like Duran's career or anyone else over one fight is simply unjustifiable. Great fighters quit for a myriad or reasons that we fence sitters who lay wait and in judgment fundamentally have NO understanding of at the level we are scrutinizing from our keyboards at work or in our living room. We all do it and again really have no comprehension of what they go through. Besides in Durans case he just beat the guy six months earlier. I'm not even sure why "quitting" or admitting you have had enough is such a pariah given the nature of the sport?
