Apparently Felix's original opponent pulled out due to injury.

Regardless... I'm hoping for a great showing by Verdejo as he primes for his upcoming battle with Jose Felix Jr. at MSG in June. They're talking possible title bout by 2017. Of course... no use getting ahead of ourselves here. First things first. Gotta go through these bouts one at a time... and continue the learning curve.

I've heard and read a lot about this Verdejo kid, next Trinidad, next Cotto and all that. He's only 22, so still time on his side but from what I've seen on youtube, he does looks the part
