Crawford comes in heavier full of momentum and think he'd be a bridge too far for Garcia and the far better boxer. Even bigger hell would have snow flurries before Arum and Haymon make it happen.
This is a bit tricky. Generally it is Arum in the way and Haymon is willing to work together. But Bob is generally up for a cross promotion when his guy has everything to gain. Garcia could help Crawford become more popular, he could sell the tickets etcetera and Crawford would almost assuredly win. I can't imagine what Haymon could gain off making this fight though. So in this rare occasion I think Haymon would be the one to block the cross promotion.
