"Too many people are being separated from their families and incarcerated in the United States. Too many young people are being harassed because of the color of their skin. Families ripped apart by mass incarceration. People are crying out desperately to us and we need to listen to what they are saying and that is we need to reform our criminal justice system. We have to end mass incarceration in the United States".

It's not the same thing at all and you know it.

It's not worth me explaining something because you believe that by and large society is just.

And this is one of the main differences in how whites and blacks think.

So much so that you take it as a given and reason backwards from it : If society is just, then so are the police and the courts, the schools and the press.
