Mind-Blowin Breakfasts: What do you eat when you want/need a real "Killer" Breakfast?

This morning I opened the refrigerator and didn't see anything I wanted, though it is adequately stocked. Mind you this is 9:40 a.m. All the normal stuff didnt appeal to me. What was I to do. Do tell if you've had that moment where you say "I'm hungry, it's breakfast time, but what pray tell shall I consume?"

Suddenly, like a lighting bolt of inspiration, I eyed, aye! a bunch of dotted ripening bananas, ***BLAM!!!*** it hit me........!!! BANANAS FOSTER!!!!

half a stick of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, vanilla extract and 6 sliced up bananas, fried up in a big pan, about 5 minutes, then.............

a half cup of Myers Dark Jamaican Rum poured and in LIT ON FIRE, FLAMING UP A FOOT & A HALF FROM THE PAN, carmelizing the bananas, sugar and spices.

This joyful mixture was then poured piping hot over whole wheat pancakes with 3 scoops of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Killer Breakfast.
