definately bro... if you can scout that someone is weak in the belly go after the body... its especially easy for someone who is out of shape... i myself have just recently got back into shape and im not quite all the way there but about 8 months ago was last time i really got hurt to the body so its definately a priority to work my abs.. even though they are still not great as i dont have enormous disipline to work at my abs all the time... but im comin along ....

Got my first amatuer in 3 weeks.
I boxed for two years as a kid. This was at a different gym and they never really thought about putting me in the ring. Then 2 years ago i started back at a different gym for about a year, Sparred a lot but again, never put me in the ring. Then i started back a few months ago. Im now getting my medical and like i said my fights coming soon.
I train 4 times a week and we spar hard pretty much 3 out of 4 sessions.
