Honestly, I don't remember Joe being sluggish other than against Ashira...& again...honestly...Joe aint that long in the tooth...so to speak. He's made minced meat out of his opposition...so there haven't been but a couple of "wars" for Joe to endure.
Not being arguementative...but for discussions sake...which fight is it that you consider that he "fought down to his opponent's level"?
I've got all of Joe's fights on tape other than maybe 2 or 3 of his first shots out of the gate...& I'm just curious as to what your'e talking about. Other than the Ashira matter...I can't recall that many slips. Sure he's been hurt...but he gutted it out to win.
Again...not argueing...just being curious.

Huh? You mean, he should have KO'd Lacy? Not sure what you mean. Joe's got a pretty good KO percentage amongst his many wins.

Disagree here totally. Other than the mishaps during his hand issues...Joe's pretty damned consistent & good at what he does.

Ha. Now that is pretty funny. The problem is...there aint a Collazo at 168lbs...the only legit threat MIGHT be Kessler. Joe already smoked the fire of 168.
Again, I just hope that he's recovered from the hand issues. Another thing is...I just hope that he's properly motivated...I mean he had to get up for Lacy...let's just hope he doesn't sell himself short this go round...
Doubt that'll be an issue.
