Why do you hate your country so much? Do you not think your relatives moved there for a reason? That reason was probably because it was a better place than where you came from.

I certainly think American foreign policy has been horrendous at times and sure it is terrible for people to be overweight (which you have admitted to) and I consider Western academia and media to have fallen immensely.

However, I have softened in many ways and that is because of the American people I have met and I consider them decent, warm, charitable people and I really do not understand these attitudes you have of wanting to see things get as bad as it can get for them or want to see suffering.

You have been virtue signalling lately, but you know full well you do not care about other people and you seem to relish and glorify in immense suffering. Threads like this are a case in point.
