I gave up on the mandalorian but may get back to it later. Watching Star Wars Rebels which is an animation between 3 and 4 which is good.

Stick with Cobra Kai, it is very good.

Yeh have to admit that when I first saw Mandalorian I was really hoping it was centered more on actual Boba Fett and some guild of Bounty hunters. Still good, but gets a little too cute with the Baby Yoda stuff and have to think the makers figured that in with viewership in mind.
