Im not having that situation, Im getting lots of PMs lately and can easily send without any issues. Logging in twice.....hmmmm, thats strange, I dont think I ever had that either, but I HAVE had where you click on in-box and for some reason it takes me back to Off Topic, and I have to click on the in-box again.
