I am not sure I could categorize a person as being mentally ill & then hate them for it. No Bible verse I can find that allows me to hate someone for something they can't control (illness)
I am not sure how to equate that to a VP making a visit (mentally ill). as far as the wall -Bills leave senatoe floor to become laws via House not by way of visit, but by the legislative branch I am sure we both know that.

And we have zero bills from 2010-2018 requesting funds for the border. Not sure what a V.P. can do by...visiting. ( I do undertstand, repubs are on Dems' case, just as Dems said the same thing..why hasn't don visited troops? Trump becomes first president since 2002 not to visit troops on or before Christmas) then railed, so it is payback I get it)

If we did get a bill off the senate floor & democrats rejected I would love to know which bill(s) they filibustered H.r.

Not sure on your take, but for me the best time to have gotten that done was with a Republican Majority, House, Senate, Oval Office 2016-2017-2018
Democrats don't run on border security, we all know that, so for me- when I looked at their first budget- I am stumped on why
1. Republicans only asked for 1.6 billion dollars, I wonder were you ok when they revealed that?
2. Republican voters said nothing about it...nothing until
3. 2017 came and went...
4. 2018 came....democrats got the house...and then Pimpin' Don decided to ask for money outside of the yearly budget (5 billion) two weeks in...dems winning, why then??

The massive 1.6 TRILLION DOLLAR spending bill Congress passed Thursday includes $1.6 billion allocated for the border.
Why did he back off what he claimed he alone could do?

This is what Republicans did when they had a chance to do.. what they ran on...
Dems IMO were running on more gay this, more lesbian that, free tuition, free foodstamps. I cant figure out why 75 million Pimpin Don voters (88 million online followers) were ok allowing Repubs to have House & Senate dating back to Obama & presented what spending bill on the wall that was denied?

And if they did....we had again 3 years of a Republican House, Senate, oval & Supreme Court majority, what else did we need to hold them accountable? as opposed to waiting until they lost the house, then complain on wall.
Remember it was the Republican Hutchinson who passed the bill in Texas to redefine security as wall, fence, patrol, cameras -as too much land needed is owned by private citizens, how else do we get that other than eminient domain- taking land from the people?

Obama & Clinton both voted yes for the border wall- year 2006, bill-passed bipartisan. From Dubya to Bama, 600 miles of fence.
Under Pimpin Don 100 miles of replacement barriers, fences, wall, less than 100 new miles or less than 1 new mile of fencing?

And when he did-- Pimpin Don's wall fell, not due to Al Qaeda, overweight fat Mexicans, not a Typhoon, tornado, hurricane, it fell due to wind.
