I really don't consider this much of a huge upset. I've never thought there was anything elite about Mikey Garcia apart from his pumpkin head.

The post-fight interview from Garcia was just as telling as his lackluster performance. Neither Garcia nor his team/entourage seemed to care a whole lot. With the grand ring entrance, it almost feels now like it was a retirement fight. After all Martin only got paid $150k for that win. Mikey got paid $1.5mil.

Mikey has lost both the will to compete and win several years ago. Now he is just another shot fighter to me who should retire
