After being told i should use a medicine ball to condition my stomach in another thread, i had some free time so i dug it out and gave it go.
I dont think i am doing it correctly, i slap the ball against my stomach centre and then my sides, i do it so it hurts and leaves a tempary red, rash like marks. I did this 30+ times centre, left, right. With my right hand as i could grip it better and give my self harder slaps *chuckles*. Then followed this with some more to my centre till i was sweating hard and getting that sickily feeling you get from doing 50+ sit ups.
The question is, "What do you do with the medicine ball"
The ball i used was only 1kg/2.2lbs
