    Default a question about southpaws

southpaws can do a magic trick. when they pivot they go behind your back and they disappear.

when they pivot theres nobody there to hit anymore. they just disappear. but, when they pivot, they are turning into your hook, right?

but a southpaw knows that too. specifically, he knows that to get hit by your hook, two things have to be true. he has to be nearby you and he has to have his hand down.

so when a southpaw stays just shy of the span of your hook and he puts a hand up: how do you hit him? can you hit him?
