Long story short, the people who own UFC and the Saudis have formed a company and are getting the law changed so they can act as manager, promoter and sanctioning body and UFCise boxing. This would exploit the fighters to a significant degree but mean they could force fighters to fight each other and be able to put on lots of competitive cards like UFC.
