So for those who read my "Why fitness gloves are no good for heavy bag work", this is a bit of a carry on.
From that hard session on the bag with no padding, my knuckles have not healed.
They ache when i touch them, seem to have grissle over the top of them yet something tells me they are not broken. They are not swollen at all, nor misshaped, just hurt after a session on the bags or any sort of contact really.
I used to be able to come out of the gym with knuckles that couldnt feel anything, but lately they just ache.
Have i fractured them?
Whats a good way to get them to heal quicker, Cold, or heat?
