I'm not much in argueing mode (thanks to the grey goose) but tell me if i'm right or wrong. Calzaghge and warren have been mapping a trrip to the us for the last couple of years. And where they do always wind up fighting? Not the muthafuckin US, i tell you that much

The only fights that Warren ever said that he would bring Joe stateside for were against Hopkins & Jones...both of whom outpriced themselves before anything was signed.

Agreed that Joe is a homebody...but then again...so are Roy & Hopkins...the only two fighters that Joe has ever claimed worth coming to the U.S. for.

Honestly...with HBO backing Joe now & them selling the fight this far in advance...I think he'll be here in 2007 unless something stupid happens...like he loses to Manfredo or Taylor loses to Wright (which I believe he will if they rematch) or some lesser foe.

All that being said...it's still a fight I really don't care to see.

I just don't think that Calzaghe's gonna get any respect unless he defeats Kessler...which I believe that he very well could...& that's no slight to Kessler who I also think is a hell of a fighter.
