I am not sure that Lacy is able to read that fine letter. That letter was written in a gentleman way. If Lacy is to read that it has to contain gangsta and criminal stuf - no, Lacy is a fine guy and a gentleman but I do not think that he would stand a china man's chance against kesssssler.
