take James Toney for example.. he was at 210 lbs a few weeks before the Jones fight many years back . James had to lose all that weight and was weak as S*** fight night . a fight that he would have been more competitive in, if only he wasn’t juggling around with the weight issue the whole time.
So what you're suggesting is that Hatton should go down the toney route, and just fight at his walking around weight which would probably be at light heavy or cruiser? It'd be interesting, but I doubt he'd have the all action style he does up at that weight.
