Im not sure that Cotto would be able to beat Floyd. I am very sure that he would give Floyd a tough, realy tough fight though. As you say he is quick, powerful, skilled, decent defense he is a very very good fighter IMO. I think Floyd edges anyone right now ATM though at welter or light welter, just too much in the locker.
