That just depends on how much respect you have for the technical side of MMA, its the same as someone complaining about boxers going 12 rounds, is that boring because theres no knockout?
Plenty of fights go 12 rounds and are absolute stormers. Yeah you might get the odd boring 12 rounder but its still more exiting to watch than two guys fondling each other on the floor.

I respect the technical side of MMA but I dont get much joy from watching it and it does not come close to boxing and the exitement I get from it boxing. Sometimes my heart thumps big time when watching a big fight, I cant get enough of it. I love the sport to bits.

Its like comparing baseball to cricket if you ask me.
