Let me say this...Transformers was peaking right about that time that I enjoyed toys for toys instead of collectibles...which is where my 36 year old ass is now.

I've got a massive collection of vintage figures & even though the first wave of Formers isn't considered vintage yet...they are worth an assload of cash.

The thing is...I think that the movie's gonna suck. It's got some of the original Autobots in there like Prime & Bumblebee but most of the Decepticons are the latter generation...all mutated looking & shit.

Megatron's not even the luger-esque pistol thing.

If anyone can fuck up a franchise...it's Bay.

I got low expectations.
