Just missing out

Cotto, doing fantasticly, just needs to beat one more name at WW and he will brake his way in.

Castillo, if active i would sneak him in at 10, but untill he fights, or fights a named guy he misses out

Taylor, as of late i think totaly overrated, he lost to winky and looked fucked after 3 rounds with a dut like ouma, no way is that P4P atm.

Corales, just don't feel he is good enough atm

Israel Vazquez - one good fight away form braking in the list imo

Hopkins - retired, no matter how much you love him imo no way can he be included untill he fights again.
