So far Ive had one of the fitness class boxing dealies and some one on one training. Ive learned the basic stance and where to keep my hands/arms and Im working on the jab now.

I think my fitness level should be ok, I just did a fitness test and everything seemed good. I'd like to get my endurance up a touch.

Im really enjoying it so far even though its only been a few days. The skipping was a bit of an adjustment as Ive never done it before. Is it used for footwork and endurance or just endurance?
