Ok Hang on.... This guy is Margarito's mandatory, and he's been calling him out for a while.. So I don't think it's as much that he's being overhyped, it's just that people are wondering how good he can be, and they want to find out soon, since he has no problem taking a great fight to show us what he's made of.. I think that if Cotto is made to enfore his mandatory soon, Tony should have to fight Williams and then the winner of that can fight Cotto.
