I've gotta strongly disagree with that. In my mind, without a doubt the biggest fight for Floyd if he beats ODH is against Winky at 154. Winky will take that fight--he's only been at 160 for a couple fights, and he's been very vocal about the fact that the fight he wants most is against the winner of PBF/ODH. A PBF/Winky fight would pit two of the top 3 p4p fighters in the world against each other. No other make-able fight does anything like that.Originally Posted by amat
I agree with Killer Sheep that a PBF fight against any of Mosely, Cotto or Margarito would be a bigger fight than against Hatton as well--though I do agree, amat, that if Hatton finds away to get past Castillo (and Cotto or Margarito knocks the other guy out of the picture in June), the equation changes. But Winky is still a bigger fight regardless.
Finally, if PBF were ever to drop down to 140, the megafight there is against Pacquiao, not Hatton. This is the biggest fight out there, though very unlikely to happen. But I believe Pac came into the 3rd Morales fight at like 145 or 147, which is only a couple pounds less than PBF came into the Baldomir fight at. And Floyd seems to be getting annoyed with all of the recent talk that Pacquiao is catching up to him p4p-wise. I read a boxingtalk interview with Floyd a couple weeks ago where he said "Pacquiao is an exciting little fighter, but if we met at 140, I would beat that ass." Which was a far more intriguing answer than something like "my next fight's at 154 and that guy fights at 130, what the hell are you talking about?"
