If he's found guilty he should get the axe. Remember, this isn't Lampley's first run-in. He also got arrested for problems with his taxes (I want to say evasion, but I'm not sure). Even if you're not convicted, eventually too many problems in your personal life can be damaging to your on-air persona and Lampley is just about in the red.
