No he hasn't lost to James Toney actually he best Toney twice...The first fight was close though..their rematch was clearly dominated by Peter....As for his Wlad loss their no shame in it...Wlad is a top notch fighter...Peter did put him on the canvas 3 times but was just outboxed...Sam is only 25yrs old and his boxing skills are improving greatly....Plus his chin can take a Mule Kick....Wlad was only able to wobble him with a huge left that would have put almost every other HW with the exception of Tua, out for the night
