Bench press. It not only works your chest massively, but it also works the triceps, the shoulders and your back plays a little part in it too.
Yes it does help punching power. It is scientific fact that the bigger a guy the more powerful punch hes gonna have, due to the weight being behind the punch (this is not considering technique and such though, before you technical bugars jump on my back) So you start to put muscle on your going to get a better punch.
