I had a good trick when I worked as a bouncer
#1) outweight the guy by 100 pounds
#2) be all muscle
#3) use your left hand to "cup" the guy around the back of the head and pull him forward
#4) when he tries to pull back and lifts his head, step forward and drive your right elbow into his face AS HARD AS YOU CAN.
#5) since he ain't getting up for a while....take his girlfreind home and plow her like the filthy skank she is. He already primed her with 15 drinks!
