I think Vitali and the WBC were in bed together on this along time ago. I think they called the Toney rematch to give Vitali more time to announce his return. Otherwise I think they'd tell Vitali to step back a be patient.
Peter needs to take the money and shut the fuck up. He's lucky to be in the position he's in. He's been given chances instead of being screwed. If I remember correctly he was in an eliminator against Wlad and lost. He than some how found himself in another eliminator against James Toney and by all means lost. But was given a gift win. How the fuck is this being screwed? If anything he's been getting hooked up. Now they trying to hook him up again by given him 2.5 million. And he don't know what to do? What a fucking moran.
