Hello everyone:

I'm newly registered here and I just wanted some feedback. I am currently 29 years old and the boxing bug has bit me at a very late stage. I've been weight-training for five years now and I'm 5'10" 164lbs at my most comfortable/lightest weight. I recently joined a boxing club (against the wishes of my wife) and I have a personal trainer who is now training me. I'm starting a non-competitive route; however, my end goal is to fight at least one three round competitive match. My new gym is an olympic training gym. I have posted pictures below, which have been taken this month at 164lbs. I would appreciate any feedback concerning my condition or my expectations. Am I crazy for wanting to do this at 29? I also realize I have a lot to learn since I have no boxing experience.
