I think Rafa is higher than Winky.He's beaten 7 top 10 RING fighters,moved up and beat the RING champ,stopping him,16-0 in title fights and wins over Mark Johnson and Tim Austin(awesome fighters) and now Vazquez PLUS 2 easy wins over the second best at his previous weight,Silence Mabuza.
