I was surprised that i found more good opponents than bad ones but still it could of been whole lot better but it isn't all bad its not like Calzaghe has fought bums in everywhere fight he has fought some former world champions and some decent opponents aswell just hope he can fight Kessler to put the doubter's to rest.

Another thing is that you have to take into consideration how good the good were when he fought them.

Some were at the peak of their careers & some were hard hands.

Calzaghe does indeed deserve respect & most people (my Yank bretheren) either haven't seen his fights or have only seen clips. That's one of the shittiest things PERIOD for a boxing fan to do...make a blatant judgement based on snippets instead of broad knowledge of a man's career & the way he's handled it.

You don't have to be a die hard fan of a boxer to respect him...but you damn sure better know what the fwock your'e preachin about if your'e gonna bash him to death.
