If this was a typical vegas fight, no way would ODLH have lost. That's his town. Plus with him planning retirement? They were looking for excuses to give this fight to him. Thats why the one blind judge that had it for him but not even the fact that Golden Boy owns the venue and most of the promotions here could save him. Oscar almost always wins in Vegas, even when he loses. If anyone was gonna be "given" a victory here, it was gonna be him, not Floyd. The fact that there was a split decision shows u how hard Floyd had to work to get the victory when it was clearly a unanimous decision...kind of like the same exact thing that happened when Mosley pulled off a "split decision" against him some years back huh?
