Not really, not after a 4 month binge... just keep active but don't over do it.

Which it doesn't look like you are. Might want to add some pulls ups into your routine though, don't just want to work your pecs and tris but not your lats and bis... If you don't have a bar get a dumbbell or something (milk carton with sand in... what ever ) and do single arm rows.

Just asking for trouble...
