Matthyse can swat. And he hit Paul Williams more then anybody has.

And that means what? Paul is gonna lose tonight. He hit Paul Williams a lot but Paul still dominated him, he gets hit a lot, has no defense and Cintron is a one punch KO artist so.. I just don't see whats special about him(the guy Cintron fought)

He had a 26-1 record with 25 KO's. He lasted 10 rounds with Williams before losing by TKO. He had never been down before. But you're right. He lost to Cintron, so he must be a bum.

So he's a good fighter because he stood there and took punishment against Williams for 10 rounds? I don't see your logic. What was he then?
I see you conveniently forgot to include the other things I said about the guy. No, he's not good just 'cause he took punishment from Williams for 10 rounds. He had a great record, including a lot of KO's. Tell you what, let's see what happens in the Margarito-Williams fight later and that might unlock some remaining mysteries. Right now, I'm gonna watch Gatti-Gomez.

Knockouts against who?

All he's shown is he can't beat people like Paul Williams, people he had never ever fought in his 25 fight career, show me a match where he doesn't just keep taking punishment against a step up in competition then we'll talk.

Because until then he's knocked out nobodies and takes punishment non stop the moment he steps up so what makes him so special?
