Terry Norris-Shane Mosley at 154
Miguel Cotto-Buddy McGirt at 147
Hearns-Pernell Whitaker at 147
Ivan Calderon-Rosendo Alvarez at 105
Mark Johnson-Jorge Arce at 112
Azumah Nelson-Juan Manuel Marquez at 126. Or 130, either way I guess.
Some of these I think are mismatches like the first one, the second(I think McGirt would get beaten badly), Pernell by the time he got to welterweight would have been destroyed by Hearns just because he was too old. If a younger Whitaker had gone up there I would probably have it closer.

Who do you favor in the first one?

I don't think McGirt-Cotto is a mismatch. McGirt was a solid guy, its not like he even embarrassed himself against Pernell. Meldrick was just awesome that night and a more difficult matchup than Cotto.

Pernell was only like 29 or 30 when he moved up and fought McGirt at welter. That was like 6 or 7 years before he fought Tito. He wasn't past it then, he beat McGirt twice, Chavez-a draw I know but come on-went up to 154 and beat Julio Ceasar Vazquez-had already beaten Winky I think, I know it wasn't the best Winky but still- so I think if he had fought Hearns at 147 at say 29 to his early 30's he wouldn't have been past it at all. I think its just a question of would he have been able to do enough offensively against Hearns.

Mosley-Meldrick Taylor at 135-140 is an interesting one.
