my wisdom tooth is nearly through(me being a young un )

and it is agony ...........major headache and my gum is throbbing

cant take pain killers or drink the pain away with a bottle of whiskey because im pregnant
so.................................
anyone no of any remedies
and im not having it taken out as there is nothin wrong wit it its just sore coming through
