You're a misguided fool if you truly believe he was not legit until he beat Lacy. The only fighters that he could have fought that would have added anything to his super-middle career were Sven Ottke, who retired shortly after Calzaghe came to prominence, and Roy Jones Junior, who was already a light-heavyweight by the time Calzghe came to beat Eubank and claim the belt.
