The largest silverbacks weigh less than 450 lbs, the heaviest bears weigh over 1200 lbs.

A silverback is tiny compared to a full grown bear, the weight disparity is exactly the same as between Ivan Calderon and Nikolay Valuev.

There is no way a gorilla could even last 5 minutes with a bear.
