The Burning is another slasher classic on the must see list for horror buffs. Again Savini does the effects and in this gory film. It's from the 80's and stars Jason Alexander lol

Should be on anyones Slasher Top 10 along with The Prowler, Halloween, Friday the 13th, and Black Christmas (original).
