I was at a back part of our corporate office and was going pressing forward with a bunch of jabs and found myself infront of the meeting room window with several of the managers looking out at me....

Surprisingly I've never minded someone seeing me shadow box in an odd place. They always look at you strangly though, but sh!t there is worse things you could be caught doing in a toilet at work by a stranger.
